Christopher (“Chris”) Fitzpatrick is a seasoned security industry executive with more than 33 years of experience in executive management, business development, operations, and client relations. Chris most recently served as President of Mulligan Security, joining the company after his tenure at Arrow Security. Over a three-year period, he led a full organizational rebuild focused on modernization, scalability, and diversified revenue growth. Chris expanded the company’s presence across new vertical markets and implemented strategic processes designed to support long-term performance. Driven by his belief that every employee deserves a real opportunity to advance, he empowered team members at every level—supervisors, managers, directors, and VPs—to make informed decisions and take full accountability for results. In his first year, Mulligan Security achieved a 250% increase in revenue run rates, supported by new incentive programs and a redesigned Operations bonus structure developed by Chris and his finance team. These initiatives strengthened client relationships, improved service delivery, and accelerated growth through referrals and partnership-driven expansion.
