Pinchus Gestetner is an entrepreneur in the real estate and service industries, with a focus on luxury residential and hospitality operations. Starting at a young age, he recognized opportunities across investing, banking, and property management—quickly identifying a major gap in the market for reliable, high-quality labor support.
He built his company from a single employee into a multi-million-dollar operation, providing staffing and operational support tailored to high-end residential and hospitality environments.

Building on that foundation, Pinchus is now expanding into the security sector with Modern Protection Services, a forward-thinking division focused on delivering advanced, technology-driven security solutions designed for today’s evolving needs.

Executive Biography: Christopher (“Chris”) Fitzpatrick

Christopher (“Chris”) Fitzpatrick is a seasoned security industry executive with more than 33 years of experience in executive management, business development, operations, and client relations. He is recognized for transforming organizational culture, modernizing operational infrastructure, and driving significant revenue growth across multiple leading security firms.

Chris most recently served as President of Mulligan Security, joining the company after his tenure at Arrow Security. Over a three-year period, he led a full organizational rebuild focused on modernization, scalability, and diversified revenue growth. Chris expanded the company’s presence across new vertical markets and implemented strategic processes designed to support long-term performance. Driven by his belief that every employee deserves a real opportunity to advance, he empowered team members at every level—supervisors, managers, directors, and VPs—to make informed decisions and take full accountability for results. In his first year, Mulligan Security achieved a 250% increase in revenue run rates, supported by new incentive programs and a redesigned Operations bonus structure developed by Chris and his finance team. These initiatives strengthened client relationships, improved service delivery, and accelerated growth through referrals and partnership-driven expansion.

Before joining Mulligan, Chris was a senior member of the Arrow Security Executive Team, serving as Senior Vice President. He brought leadership stability, strategic guidance, and decades of operational expertise while supporting Arrow’s vision for growth and organizational development.

Prior to Arrow, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer at WG247, where he was recruited to rebuild the company’s culture, infrastructure, and revenue model. Working alongside the team he assembled, Chris rebranded the company, introduced new revenue streams, and built the full operational foundation of the then six-year-old organization. His approach centered on placing the right subject matter experts in each department and empowering them to build programs that delivered measurable, scalable success.

Earlier in his career, Chris was a key executive at FJC Security Services, serving as Vice President of Business Development. He managed, mentored, and motivated a high-performing sales team responsible for securing long-term client relationships across the Transitional Housing Market, Commercial and Private Real Estate, Aviation, and Local Government sectors. Under his leadership, FJC achieved the highest new-revenue results in the company’s history for three consecutive years (2014, 2015, and 2016). Chris also partnered with major NYC agencies and private-sector executives to develop employment pathway programs that helped Transitional Housing residents re-enter the workforce.

Today, Chris serves as President of Modern Protection Services, an exciting new startup built in partnership with a team of lifelong New York industry professionals. Modern Protection Services reflects Chris’s long-standing commitment to operational excellence, transparency, and client-focused service delivery. As he leads this new venture, Chris looks forward to reconnecting with his longstanding client partners and stands ready to work closely with the City of New York to support its evolving security and public safety needs. Melissa Levine

VP of Human resources

Melissa Levine is a human resources and operations leader with a long-standing career defined by progressive responsibility, strategic impact, and measurable organizational improvements. She brings deep expertise across HR consulting, talent acquisition, compliance, training, and executive administration, with a strong focus on building scalable systems that support both people and business growth.

In her current role as VP of HR , Melissa partners with organizations to strengthen their human resources infrastructure, from designing policies and procedures to building full-scale HR departments. She is known for improving employee retention through compensation structuring, creating effective recruiting pipelines, and developing targeted training programs that enhance workforce performance and engagement.   Her work often results in reduced legal risk, increased operational efficiency, and stronger alignment between leadership and HR functions. Previously, Melissa held senior executive roles overseeing human resources, recruitment, and compliance functions. She led large-scale initiatives to improve background screening, regulatory adherence, and employee relations processes while serving as a key advisor to executive leadership.   Her ability to design and implement strategic HR frameworks contributed to improved morale, higher retention rates, and stronger organizational performance. She also played an active role in executive-level decision-making, including participation on leadership boards and collaboration on high-level business development efforts.

Earlier in her career, Melissa directed high-volume recruitment operations, managing full-cycle hiring processes and leading teams responsible for staffing across multiple regions and business lines.  She has extensive experience in workforce planning, onboarding, and regulatory compliance, as well as training and mentoring HR professionals. Her background also includes operational leadership, where she managed large teams, oversaw service delivery, and handled budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance.Melissa began her career in customer service and training leadership, where she built a strong foundation in employee development, performance management, and organizational training programs.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and is recognized for her ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, making her a trusted partner in building effective, compliant, and people-focused organizations.

Eulises Rivera

VP of Operations

Eulises Rivera is a senior security and operations executive with extensive experience leading large-scale security organizations and building the operational infrastructure required to support sustained growth. With a career focused on operational leadership, workforce development, and security program management, he has earned a reputation for strengthening organizational performance, modernizing operational structures, and delivering high-impact security solutions across complex environments.

As executive vice president, Eulises is responsible for overseeing company-wide operations, including workforce management, service delivery, operational strategy, and organizational development. His leadership focuses on building scalable operational systems that support both rapid growth and consistent service quality across multiple markets and client sectors.

Throughout his career, Eulises has directed large-scale security operations across commercial real estate portfolios, residential housing developments, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, airport operations, and high-profile special events throughout the New York metropolitan area. He has successfully led diverse teams of security professionals, supervisors, managers, and corporate leadership staff, developing layered management structures that ensure strong oversight, accountability, and operational consistency at every client location.

Eulises has played a key role in building the internal infrastructure necessary to support modern security organizations. His work has included establishing 24/7 command center operations, implementing electronic tour monitoring and reporting technologies, developing comprehensive recruitment and training programs, and designing staffing models capable of supporting both union and non-union workforces. These initiatives have improved operational transparency, strengthened officer performance, and enhanced the reliability of security programs in demanding environments.

In addition to operational leadership, Eulises has contributed to the launch and expansion of new security organizations and service platforms within the private security industry. His ability to align operational strategy with business development objectives has enabled organizations to scale responsibly while maintaining high service standards and long-term client relationships.

Today, Eulises serves as executive vice president of Modern Protection Services, where he works alongside the company’s President to build a next-generation security organization grounded in operational excellence, professional development, and client-focused service delivery. His responsibilities include designing the operational frameworks, leadership structures, and performance systems necessary to support the company’s continued growth across the New York region.
